𝐓𝐰𝐨 𝐲𝐞𝐚𝐫𝐬, that's how long I have known him.
He's a roaster in Tunisia, a new market for me.
He has a very good relationship with a very good offer from his old supplier.
I completely understand and respect that.
I keep in touch and update him on the development of our factory and how our team is operating.
He's also happy to share the shipments he receives, the prices he's paid, and the difficulties in his country.
Last week, he contacted me and started with his first order. He said, "𝐍𝐨𝐛𝐨𝐝𝐲 𝐮𝐧𝐝𝐞𝐫𝐬𝐭𝐚𝐧𝐝𝐬 𝐦𝐞 𝐛𝐞𝐭𝐭𝐞𝐫 𝐭𝐡𝐚𝐧 𝐲𝐨𝐮."
In any relationship, I always put myself in the customer's shoes, not just selling what they need, but always accompanying them.
Is that a long time? Well, not too long and not too short for a lasting relationship.
He wasn't looking for good prices or fast delivery; he trusted me and our factory. This can give him greater peace of mind as he develops his business.
If you're having customers reject your offers multiple times, that's okay. Try to understand them better and deliver the right value. 𝐹𝑖𝑔ℎ𝑡𝑖𝑛𝑔!
