2 September 1945 — 2 September 2026

On 2 September 1945, at Ba Đình Square in Hanoi, President Hồ Chí Minh proclaimed the Declaration of Independence, marking the birth of the Democratic Republic of Vietnam.

Today, 81 years later, National Day remains a symbol of independence, unity, national pride, and the enduring spirit of the Vietnamese people.

Ngày 2 tháng 9 năm 1945, tại Quảng trường Ba Đình, Chủ tịch Hồ Chí Minh đọc bản Tuyên ngôn Độc lập, đánh dấu sự ra đời của nước Việt Nam Dân chủ Cộng hòa.

81 năm sau, ngày Quốc khánh vẫn là biểu tượng của độc lập, đoàn kết, niềm tự hào dân tộc và tinh thần bền bỉ của người Việt Nam.

“Hands” — là những đôi bàn tay của đầu bếp, barista và cả những bạn phục vụ tại The Khéo.
“Craft” — là sự tỉ mỉ trong từng công đoạn để biến những chi tiết nhỏ thành một trải nghiệm trọn vẹn.

Từ những viên đá được cắt bằng tay, từng nguyên liệu được tự tay chuẩn bị, đến chiếc muỗng, chiếc đĩa và khoảnh khắc món ăn được đặt trước mặt bạn — phía sau luôn có những đôi bàn tay Khéo chăm chút.
