Our new Summer Tasting Menu is inspired by familiar Vietnamese ingredients, elevated with modern techniques and the signature touch of our wood-fired kitchen. From fresh seafood and vibrant seasonal produce to beloved Vietnamese dishes such as grilled goat in betel leaf, bún riêu, and Iberico presa with chẩm chéo, each creation is thoughtfully reimagined to preserve its roots while offering something unexpected.

A gentle tang of passion fruit. The refreshing notes of pomelo and herbs. The comforting depth of Vietnamese flavours interpreted in Westwood’s own way — coming together like a cool breeze amid Da Nang’s hottest days.

☀️ Khi mùa hè Đà Nẵng phủ lên thành phố những gam màu rực rỡ nhất, Westwood chọn kể câu chuyện của mình bằng sự tươi mát.

Thực đơn mùa hè mới được Westwood tạo nên từ những nguyên liệu Việt Nam quen thuộc, kết hợp cùng kỹ thuật hiện đại và dấu ấn bếp lửa củi đặc trưng. Từ hải sản tươi ngon, thanh mát đến những món ăn đậm chất Việt như dê lá lốt, bún riêu hay thăn heo chẩm chéo, mỗi món đều được làm mới để giữ lại tinh thần gần gũi nhưng vẫn mang đến cảm giác bất ngờ và thú vị.
