📍 Where: the north-central coastal provinces from Hai Phong (near Ha Long Bay) south through Thanh Hoa, Nghe An, Ha Tinh, to northern Quang Tri. Heaviest rain: Nghe An + Ha Tinh.

☁️ A large, dense cloud mass moving in from the East Sea
🌧️ Currently moderate — but within 2 hours, high-intensity rain, some areas 20–25mm/hour

Heavy rain in Nghe An + Ha Tinh continues through all of Aug 20, some spots through Aug 21, in waves of 2–3 hours.
