Introducing the one who’s fed us all the past year together with all our young chefsss.. We've been around for 2 years now and this second one is definitely a big milestone for us. Challenging, but fruitful..... been filling thousands of hungry bellies for not just our guest around the world also our team. Somehow we made a second one with just a handful of us, now the journey continues ❤️

Good things take time, just like our Pho broth. As you might already know we like to put our own play on tradition at Vietnom. Our Pho is just that. Using the traditional spices you’ll find in most Pho’s, the science and beauty behind the spice mix is pure “art”. But.. Instead of creating a clear broth ours is thick and dense with flavor and nutrients just by itself, no MSG.

We also use local Mi Quang instead of Pho noodles. Whilst normally this wouldn’t work because the Mi Quang noodles don’t work with soup (it has always been served with thick, salty and little broth) we treat ours so that it does and also with the extra flavorful broth the thin traditional Pho noodles just doesn’t go too well with our one. Not traditional but still paying respects to OG Pho + Central Vietnam cultural heritage Quang noodles, something we all know and love ❤️
