Our Turkish/Lebanese inspired Pizza is a traditional white flatbread – topped with herbs, Middle Eastern flavoured meats, tasty cheeses, and charred vegetables. The alternative name of course, is the famous Manakiesh which derives from the hand-pressed dips in the dough that help to hold the toppings and, while it's not an Italian sourdough pizza, it’s just as tasty, with a difference from the heart of the Mezba Bakery Oven.
