It has always been a life long desire to have a successful business of our own. Our Vision is to bring a new and exciting "Culinary Experience" to the Island and to the town of Frederiksted. Serving Breakfast,Lunch and Dinner, seven (7) days a week with our Specialties in West Indian, American and Local Cuisines. What do i mean by a "New Culinary Experience?". Croix for quite some time now and we have had the pleasure to learn a lot about the people, cuisines, and culture. One thing is certain, with such a diverse set of people living here from all over the Caribbean/ World, there is still so much more that can be shared with this island to make it that Paradise we call it. Our Inspiration and Motive are driven by introducing to the island a "Different Affordable Dining Experience" with a completely different cultural mix of dishes. Serving up some of the tastiest in West Indian Cuisines like: Curried Chicken, Curried Goat, Curried Crabs, Roti and Buss up Shot. Great Pasta dishes, Locally caught seafood specials, deep fried desserts and so much more "Mouth Watering” tasty dishes you will not find at any other food venue available. Having a comfortable, cozy, and romantic atmosphere that can be enjoyed by anyone is another upside to this business. We intend to cater to "Everyone" looking for that "new taste in a different place" rather than targeting a higher income clientele,offering everyone a totally different dining experience at affordable prices. We have acknowledged that we are going through some economic downturns, and there are always MANY risks when opening any business. Our Passion and Determination to make this a successful venture has surpassed all the "WHAT IFS" and Knowing that, we understand and know risks will always exist. We know greatly that this business is quite a needed entity to provide a lot more to consumers, than what already exists. With this business being in the heart of Frederiksted, where it is greatly lacking any type of Fine Dining Restaurant, Affordably to "EVERYONE".
