💜💚💛 A little taste of New Orleans has arrived at The Courtyard!

Our New Orleans-style roast beef po’boy is piled high with slow-roasted, shredded roast beef that practically melts in your mouth. Dressed with fresh lettuce and tomato and served on your choice of 6-inch or 12-inch French bread.

Fun fact: Shane grew up right outside New Orleans—so this one comes with a little hometown inspiration and a whole lot of love!

Pair it with a refreshing smoothie or freshly made juice…and grab LOTS of napkins! 😋🥪

Please excuse our little mess over the next few weeks as we refresh, refine, and renew The Courtyard! 🌿

To be honest, the perfectionist in me—you know, the one who critiques everything and becomes his own roadblock—finally got out of the way this year. Having such a great team over the last two years helped, and I (Shane) officially entered my “fu’’’it fifties.” 😂 So here we are!

New menu items, a refreshed look, and a few ideas finally making it out of my head and into The Courtyard.

Stop in for your old favorites and give something new a try! As always, we’re keeping the menu small, with intention and heart behind everything we serve. 💚
