Tonight is a special one at But Ter.

We’re honored to host a wonderful couple celebrating 50 years of marriage, while also hosting our fundraiser for Ruff Start STX.

Tonight’s kitchen is loaded with fresh Mahi, Grouper and Tuna, hand-cut ribeyes with baked potatoes, chicken fried steak with mashed potatoes, coconut, white wine & mussels over fettuccine, blue cheese mac & cheese, broiled okra, potato salad, and garden vegetables grilled with garlic.

We’re small, and we’re proud of it. Everything we serve is made fresh daily, from scratch, with one simple goal: serve the freshest food we possibly can.

If you’re joining us tonight, come early. When it’s gone, it’s gone.

Come celebrate 50 years of love, support Ruff Start STX, and enjoy a great Saturday night at But Ter.

Today at But Ter, we had the honor of celebrating a very special local’s 80th birthday!

Eight decades of life, family, stories, and memories—and we’re grateful they chose to spend this milestone with us.

There’s nothing we love more than seeing our local community gathered around the table celebrating the people who make St. Croix so special.

Happy 80th Birthday from all of us at But Ter resto + bar! Here’s to many more.
