They say you are the sum of the people you spend the most time with… and if that’s true, we consider ourselves very lucky and our business very successful. 🩷

Today, we celebrate our amazing staff.

Although we all work at Sibs, somewhere along the way we became much more like family. And yes, we know people say that when a business calls itself “a family” it can be a red flag, and while some of our staff members may definitely be walking red flags, it really is true for us.

We’ve been there for each other through births, deaths, weddings, heartbreaks, celebrations, hard seasons, and everything in between. Some of us have even found love and partnership with one another along the way.

You are all smart, capable, hardworking, amazing individuals. Through the really good days and the not-so-great ones, we are proud of you and grateful to have you as part of this team.

As we spend time together today, we want to take a moment to say how much we truly cherish every member of the Sibs family, past and present. What you have all helped us build and accomplish has been beyond anything we could have imagined, and we hope to continue growing, learning, laughing, and creating memories together for many years to come.

We love you, and we appreciate you all more than you know. 🩷

And thank you thank you thank you to Bellows International and West Indies Company for making this day possible 🫶 we enjoyed responsibly 😉
