Hey guys, Zelma's is open again after a short closing during the slow season. Right now, we have fresh fried fish (hardnose) with fried or baked johnny cakes. We also have baked chicken and beef patés.

Miss Vicki is in the kitchen cooking up rack of lamb, baked chicken and her signature pumpkin soup with all that good love Zelma's is famous for. Sides include peas and rice, sautéd vegetables, sweet potato and maybe one or two other delicious surprises.

If you're interested in something sweet, we have guava, coconut and pineapple tarts.

Cold drinks, reconfigured dining room, shiny polished floors and the friendliest customer service in the West...at Zelma's!

On the menu today!

- Saltfish with plantain, sweet spuds, coconut dumplings and boiled eggs.

- Stewed chicken or BBQ Ribs with baked macaroni and cheese, Cole slaw, fried plantains, steamed cabbage with carrots.

For dessert... Freshly baked guava, pineapple and coconut tarts.

- Dessert: Tart by the slice and quelbe (shut up) tarts. Auntie Viv's Guava Cheese.

- For dessert: pineapple, coconut and guava tart. Also, Auntie Viv's delicious guava cheese.
