Meet Tony Aguilar, our Sous Chef at Apicio. 🇮🇹✨

Tony has worked alongside Chef Emilio for 14 years, mastering the art of Italian cooking with dedication, passion, and consistency every step of the way. From his signature soups to our lemon custard, tiramisu, and house limoncello, Tony’s touch can be found throughout the Apicio experience.

Outside the kitchen, Tony is a devoted husband to Veronica and proud father to 13-year-old Santiago — spending his free time at the gym, listening to piano performances, and cheering from the sidelines at soccer games.

We’re grateful for everything Tony brings to the Apicio experience each day. 🤍
