BANANA PUDDING

So many have asked for it and now it is made!!!! Before Holly Creek Creamery just made banana ice cream because the vanilla wafers had high fructose corn syrup in their ingredients. NOW we have sourced high quality vanilla wafers that does not have high fructose corn syrup which is why we can now make BANANA PUDDING PREMIUM ICE CREAM!!!

Ice cream can be purchased from the farm or at the Holly Creek Creamery mobile sales unit.

Making and selling ice cream has been in our family since the 1940s. My granddad owned an ice cream store in Spartanburg, SC. For years, this is how I used to make ice cream. Today, I am blessed to use a much larger and faster ice cream maker.

The machine principle is the same. A large stainless tube with a dasher inside of it being frozen from the outside.

More importantly the principle of making our ice cream recipes are the same. Cream, milk, pure cane sugar, the highest quality clean ingredients, and love…just like grandma used to make.

Oh, just taste it!

Pricing is for farm pickup at 111 Upchurch Road in Zebulon. Pick up will be at 5pm to 6pm on Monday.

Preorders accepted until 4pm. All orders listing flavors and quantities MUST be texted to 9196340455.

Pint orders placed at the mobile sales unit and not preordered are $12 per pint.

The taste testers of the new flavor of Raspberry in Holly Creek Creamery’s premium ice cream have submitted their reviews. The reviews came back positive.

Raspberry will be offered as a flavor and the customers can add mini chocolate chips or hot fudge to further add to the enjoyable experience. Toppings are an extra charge.

One reviewer even suggested getting a scoop of raspberry and a scoop of pistachio as the two flavors are paired together often.
