Today at Baller Headquarters: just a couple of quick, playful ball recipes for an upcoming family event. 1. Krispy Spooky ball: traditional rice krispy treat ball with Halloween sprinkles. 2: Green Goblin balls: Popcorn balls with green glaze, Halloween colored M&Ms, pretzels, and sprinkles. 😈🎃. We continue to wait for news on our commissary kitchen upgrades.

Hello ball fans! Its been a little while since we’ve posted anything here so we wanted to give you all an update. We are kind of in a holding pattern right now because the health department has required our commissary kitchen to make some changes in order to continue to host food trucks. We are waiting for those revisions to be completed and approved, or possibly finding another location to use as a commissary kitchen. Also, our Master Baller and owner, Missy, contracted Covid and was sick for about a month with that. But, we are still actively trying to get up and running. We are hesitant to predict an opening date at this time because there have been many challenges and delays that we’ve encountered, and because right now we’re dependent on the commissary changes being completed and approved, vs. finding an alternative commissary kitchen. Please continue to follow us and we will post updates as they develop! We can’t wait to get out there and serve you some hot, tasty balls!!

And, last…but never least! Our two dessert ball offerings for our “Oktoberfest” event. 🤤🍽

1- The Meusli Cake Ball! Spice cake, oats, and dried fruit. Rolled inside a cinnamon oat coating. Served with scratch made Bavarian cream. 🫖

2- The Black Forest Cake Ball! Chocolate-cherry melty center, surrounded by moist, rich chocolate cake. Rolled in cocoa crispy mixture, and served with tart, cherry whipped cream! Oh yeah!! 🍒🍫

Here is another of our German recipes we’ve especially created for the upcoming “Oktoberfest” event.

The B**r Brat Ball!! B**r braised-bratwurst, caramelized onion, and sauerkraut! Rolled inside a pretzel crumble coating, and fried to perfection.

Served with spicy brown mustard? Yes, please!! 🤤
