⛳ ACE ALERT! 🏌️‍♂️🔥
With the sun beginning to set over EagleSticks, Maysville’s Gavin Ferguson stepped onto the tee of the par-3 5th during the Panthers’ match against West Muskingum.
Gavin launched a pitching wedge high into the evening sky, the ball hanging against the setting sun before coming back to earth in the best possible place…

The ace helped the Maysville Panthers roll to a 157–179 victory over the West Muskingum Tornadoes.

⛳ WHY GOLF? WHY PGA JR. LEAGUE?
There are a lot of activities competing for our kids’ time—and we happen to think golf is a pretty great choice.
Golf teaches kids things that extend far beyond the course.
It teaches patience when things don’t go their way.
It teaches honesty when no one else is keeping score.
It teaches resilience because the next shot is always waiting.
It teaches confidence as they learn to do something that once seemed difficult.
And it gives them a game they can enjoy with friends and family for the rest of their lives.
That’s one of the reasons we love PGA Jr. League.
PGA Jr. League takes an individual game and makes it a team experience. Kids learn, practice, compete, make friends and discover that golf can be FUN—all while developing skills and habits that can stay with them for years to come.
Our Fall PGA Jr. League program is already underway, and we’re excited about the group of young golfers we have learning with us this season.
But there is plenty more to come!

Less than a week ago, these fairways were covered by floodwaters. This morning, the sunshine tells a different story. ☀️⛳
It reminds us of something we’ve learned many times at EagleSticks: everything is going to be okay—but the magic ingredient is time.
Time for the water to recede.
Time for the ground to dry.
Time for our grounds crew to repair what Mother Nature disturbed.
Time for EagleSticks to look like EagleSticks again.
We’re not all the way back yet, but every sunrise, every dry hour, and every bit of sunshine gets us a little closer.
The sun is shining. The course is healing. And better days are ahead.
Sometimes you just have to give Mother Nature a little time to work her magic. ☀️🌱⛳
