Thanks so much, Dr. Ryan! I’m happy to cook for you all any time and I literally physically couldn’t do it without you guys. 🤣

If anyone reading this has ever considered seeing a chiropractor for any reason, check out Apex Spine & Performance! I’ve been to several chiropractors in the past and have never had results like I have here. They quite literally keep me standing and feeling great while working my 10-15 hour shifts so that I can do what I love preparing all these meals for you all. Cant recommend them enough!

🌮 MONDAY MENU HIGHLIGHT 🌮

Every Monday, we highlight the most ordered meal from the previous week, and for the THIRD week in a row, the Taco Bowl takes the top spot! 🏆

Last week alone, you ordered over 80 Taco Bowls, nearly double the amount of any other individual meal on the menu!

We start with white rice and taco seasoned ground turkey, then add black beans, corn, shredded jack cheese, and fresh cilantro pico de gallo. Each bowl is served with a side of minimal ingredient sour cream to finish it off!

YOU guys continue to break records… We don’t even know what to say🤯

Hey everyone, Chef Brandon here👋🏼

I just wanted to take a few minutes to talk directly to our customers and say thank you from the bottom of my heart.

Since school started in August, this weekend marks our 500th order. In that time, we’ve welcomed 134 new customers, gained more than 900 followers, reached nearly 45,000 people through your likes, comments, and shares, and sent almost 5,000 meals out our door...

It’s honestly hard for us to wrap our minds around those numbers.

When Nourished started three years ago, we were genuinely just cooking for our friends and family. We listened to their feedback, changed the way we did certain things, learned along the way, and continued trying to improve every single week.

That is still exactly how we operate today.

At the end of the day, Nourished is just a small family business. But the impact you have allowed us to make in this community, and now in surrounding communities, is beyond anything we ever could have planned.

We pray that God continues to guide us and allows us to keep doing this work. We would not be here without His guidance, our incredible team, and every one of you who continues to order, share our posts, recommend us to a friend, or simply encourage us along the way.
