So a couple weeks ago we had a short in the food truck and unknowingly lost power to the truck as it was parked not being used and we lost all of our stock. I replaced the plug and wire. Last night I smelled wire burning and it shorted out yet again. Luckily we did not have our stock in the truck yet but with that being said I’m going to have to cancel the setup at Rosevilles Octoberfest this upcoming Saturday while I figure out what is shorting out my electrical system because I don’t want to be out in a crowd and cause a safety concern if it does it again and gets worse. Sorry for any inconvenience but this is something completely out of my control.

Hey y’all just wanted to update everyone because I’ve been getting a lot of messages asking when our next set up is. Unfortunately Saturday night at some point we had an electrical fire that shorted out the truck and we have our freezer and fridge usually stocked. It went unnoticed and we lost the stock we had. As soon as I get the truck rewired and appliances checked over we’ll stock back up and go back at it and we’ll post here with updates. Thank y’all and I’m sorry but this is one of those random things that was out of my control.
