⛰️ **OUR RIDE: RIDING THE RIDGES OF THE FOOTHILLS**

Get ready for a slower, technical ride through the Foothills, navigating rough terrain, rocky sections, and inclines and declines. This ride is for drivers who are comfortable handling their SxS after dark and navigating more challenging terrain. 🌙🪨

THE PLAN

🔥 Finish with a bonfire and good company!

⚠️ KNOW BEFORE YOU GO
🌙 You MUST be comfortable driving after dark.
⛰️ Be prepared for rough, uneven terrain, inclines, and declines.
💡 Working lights are required.
🔧 Your SxS must be safe and in good working condition.
🤙 Drivers must be comfortable with the route and operate within their abilities.

🌶️ It’s Chili Tuesday at Hula Hut! 🌶️

You know what they say… good things come in small batches! ❤️

Every Monday, Jeremy rolls up his sleeves and makes 10 quarts of his homemade, made-from-scratch chili. Fresh, juicy prime rib beef, fresh vegetables, a little sweet, a little heat, and absolutely NO beans! Just a whole lot of love in every pot.

We get asked why we don’t serve all our favorites every day, and honestly, we’re a small operation doing the best we can with the space we have. So we rotate some of our menu items throughout the week, making what we can, when we can, and keeping things fresh for you. ❤️

Tuesday is chili day, and when those 10 quarts are gone, they’re gone!

Enjoy it in a bowl, piled on a hot dog or bacon dog, or smothered over fries. However you like it, we’d love for you to come give it a try!

And if you’ve been here before, you already know… you might want to get here early! 😉🔥

And these aren’t just any burgers. Our Smash Burgers start with premium beef, melty cheese and a toasted bun—then you decide how hungry you are.

There’s a little history behind why we’re so particular about our beef, too. Melissa was raised on a beef ranch and later worked in the meat industry. You could say she’s a bit of a beef connoisseur. 😉 When it comes to the meat we serve, quality matters—and we don’t cut corners selecting the ingredients that go into our famous Smash Burgers.

🔥 So what’s the science behind the SMASH?

When that beef hits a screaming-hot flat-top and gets smashed, more of the meat makes direct contact with the cooking surface. That intense heat triggers the Maillard reaction—the browning process that creates those crispy, caramelized edges and deep, savory flavor.

In other words: more contact + high heat = more delicious crust.

That crispy outside, juicy beef, melted cheese and toasted bun are exactly why Smash Burger Sunday has become one of our favorite days at the Hut.

But there’s a catch…

🍔 SMASHING BURGERS AND SCOOPING ICE CREAM! 🍦

We spent time securing the Hut and getting everything ready for those overnight winds, and thankfully, we’re ready to welcome you back!

We’ll be opening today at 11 AM and serving until 5 PM!

So, if you’re ready to get out of the house, enjoy a little post-hurricane cooldown, and let somebody else do the cooking, COME ON DOWN!
