It’s smoker Sunday! What’s in your smoker today!
This is a 6.3 pound brisket flat and the last remaining piece of the GORGEOUS 18.55 pound brisket we found at Kennedy’s Karne right here in Yuma Arizona! The quality is high and the prices are not. It is season with our signature Hellfire rub and will make the perfect protein for our Sunday dinner. Will post progress pics and final product later. What are you smoking today?
