After working in several of the big-name chain grocery stores, the one thing that was a common denominator was the freezer! Bread dough comes in frozen, and is then "baked fresh" in store. all cookies, pies, cupcakes, you name it, were treated the same way, So, I decided that people needed a FRESH option!I have 2 culinary degrees, and spent roughly 4 years training in Culinary School. I have been in the business for over 15 years now. I am nationally certified in food safety management, meaning that I know all of the current laws and conditions to keep your food safe for consumption. I strive for excellence, and will do anything I can to make YOU happy and make whatever you order to the best of my ability.
