We’re so excited to finally introduce a new project we’ve been working on…

OLIVE & PITA – Greek Street Food.

Coming soon to the high desert, we’ll be serving fresh gyros, flame-grilled chicken souvlaki, warm pita wraps, Mediterranean bowls, Greek fries with feta, and other delicious favorites made with simple, authentic ingredients.

Our vision is simple: bring the vibrant flavors of Greece to the desert while creating a welcoming place where friends, families, and the community can gather to enjoy great food together.

Food has always been about connection, sharing meals, and bringing people together — and we hope Olive & Pita becomes a place where that happens every day.
