MacGregor's Book Nook in Yreka has a new owner! Don't worry, your trade credit will still be honored. Starting next Tuesday the new owner, Natalia, will be taking over. We will still be open Thursday and Friday of this week. There will be many exciting changes to come but we'll keep you updated, so stay tuned.

The book sale is still going on at MacGregor's Book Nook. To sweeten the deal we are offering 50% off of kids books if you purchase 20 or more. Now would be a good time to stock up on books for your kids to read during those long summer days when they are complaining about being bored. I know of two summer reading programs kids will need books for. The Read to Ride program the Siskiyou County Fair is putting on and the summer reading program the Yreka Library has every year. For teachers who are wanting to get ready for the next school year, we are offering an additional 10% off of all kids books. We wanted to add onto the post yesterday about MacGregor's Book Nook being for sale that it is going for $50,000. If you have good credit and can put 25% down with 0% interest please call or come talk to Mary Jane or Randy Gibbons. This is an amazing deal since next door is full of books and some of them are worth a lot of money and can be listed online. Mary Jane and Randy are willing to train someone to run the business, list books, make coffee, etc. for 6 months. You really can't beat this deal! Well, you have until June 3rd to get ahold of Mary Jane or Randy Gibbons if your interested in buying MacGregor's Book Nook. After that date we will be liquidating EVERYTHING. If the location doesn't suit you, you can move it. Either to a different building in Yreka or even a different town. They would still train the new owners for 6 months and are willing to finance at 0% interest. They would also help negotiate a lease with the landlord if moving as many books as we have is too daunting. They are willing to make someone a heck of a deal.
