One Night Only This Weekend at Black Bart’s Grill

This weekend, you’ve got just one chance to join us for dinner at Black Bart’s, and fortunately, it happens to be our amazing Smoked Prime Rib dinner.

We’ll be open to the public Friday, October 9 from 5–8 pm, serving dinner in the warm, inviting atmosphere of Black Bart’s Grill in Historic Old Town Yreka.

Saturday evening we’ll be closed to the public for a private event, so if Black Bart’s has been on your weekend plans, Friday is the night to join us.

Our Prime Rib Night continues to be one of our most popular dinners. We start with beautiful cuts of beef from right next door at Miner St. Meat Market, then slowly smoke them to bring out the rich flavor that has made this dinner a Black Bart’s favorite.

BEEF n’ BREW WEEKEND AT BLACK BART’S!

If there was ever a weekend made for Black Bart’s Grill, this might be it.

The Siskiyou County Cattlewomen’s Beef n’ Brew is taking over Historic Old Town Yreka this Saturday, September 26, and we figured there was only one appropriate response:

BRING ON THE BEEF.

FRIDAY NIGHT – TEXAS-STYLE BBQ

We’re kicking off the weekend Friday with our Texas-Style BBQ Dinner featuring slow-smoked brisket, St. Louis ribs and smoked kielbasa, along with all the Black Bart’s fixings.

SATURDAY NIGHT – SMOKED PRIME RIB

With Beef n’ Brew happening right outside our doors on Saturday, we’re bringing out the big gun: our signature Smoked Prime Rib Dinner.

Slow smoked, incredibly tender and served au jus with all the sides. If downtown Yreka is going to celebrate beef, we intend to do our part.

And speaking of beef supremacy...

Black Bart’s will also be competing Saturday in the Beef n’ Brew Beef Appetizer Competition! We’ll be serving up a special bite-sized creation for the judges and the crowd, and we’re definitely not entering just to participate.

Come downtown Saturday, enjoy Beef n’ Brew, sample some incredible food and drinks, and then finish the evening with dinner at Black Bart’s.
