Forty six years ago, our friend Chuck wisely asked Cindy to marry him at this very table. Though the photo was taken today, Tuesday, it kind of looks like he’s still waiting for an answer. LONG OVERDUE AND BETTER LATE THAN NEVER. The pothole laden Depot Town parking lot next to Frog Island is FINALLY undergoing a major reconstruction. To soften the temporary inconvenience of fewer parking places, the City has suspended paid parking! Dont forget, there is FREE parking in the Maple Street parking lot (enter from River St. north of Cross). Also, there are TWO parking lots directly behind the ‘Track for our customers, This That and the Odder Thing, the Hair Station and Depot Town Cats and Dogs.
Construction of the Depot Town/Frog Island parking lot is to be completed mid October.
