Know an interesting person doing good, creative work who could use a private office in downtown Ypsilanti? Or maybe that person is you.

In the next month or so, we're going to have an office available here at Landline Create Labs. The space is roughly 130 square feet. The rent is $295 per month, plus a share of utilities. We pay for the internet, and for someone to clean the common spaces and bathrooms, but tenants split water, electricity and gas bills based on the total square footage of their private office. This office pays 8% of those utilities. On average over the last year, that bill came to $71.97 per month.

Each of Landline's 10 private offices share a conference room, a kitchenette, and 3 bathrooms. All the offices are on the second floor of 209 Pearl Street in downtown Ypsilanti, above the award-winning Bellflower Restaurant. All offices are accessible 24x7.

Landline is a community of interesting people doing meaningful creative work. Right now, we have an architect, a video production company, a podcast studio, a photographer, an arts non-profit, a couple of designers, a writer, etc. We define "creative professional" fairly loosely, but we'd like to find a tenant whose work would add positively to this mix.

We currently have an office available here at Landline Create Labs. The space is roughly 211 square feet. The rent is $439 per month, plus a share of utilities. We pay for the internet, and for someone to clean the bathrooms and common spaces, but tenants split water, electricity and gas bills based on the total square footage of their private office. This office pays 12% of those utilities. On average over the last year, that bill came to $95.40 per month.

Each of Landline's 10 private offices share a conference room, a kitchenette, and 3 bathrooms. All the offices are on the second floor of 209 Pearl Street in downtown Ypsilanti, above Bellflower Restaurant. All offices are accessible 24x7.

Landline is a loose affiliation of folks doing awesome creative work. Right now, we have an architect, a video production company, a podcast studio, a photographer, an arts non-profit, a couple of designers, a writer, etc. We define "creative professional" fairly loosely, but we'd like to find a tenant whose work would add positively to this mix.

Starting this month, we will have an office available here at Landline. The space is roughly 189 square feet. The rent is $305 per month, plus a share of utilities. We pay for the internet, and for someone to clean the bathrooms and common spaces, but tenants split water, electricity and gas bills based on the total square footage of their private office. This office pays 12% of those utilities. On average over the last year, that bill came to $86.70 per month.

Each of Landline's 10 private offices share a conference room, a kitchenette, and 3 bathrooms. All the offices are on the second floor of 209 Pearl Street in downtown Ypsilanti, above Bellflower Restaurant. All offices are accessible 24x7.

Know an Awesome Person Who Needs a Great Office Space?

One of our long-time tenants is moving on to a larger space, and that means we need to find another incredible, awesome person, company, etc. to take their place. Right now, Landline is home to an architect, a video production company, a podcast studio, an arts non-profit, a couple of designers, and a writer, among others.

We define "creative professional" fairly loosely. The main thing is, we'd like to find a tenant whose work would add positively to the mix we have today. So, if you know of someone doing great, inspiring work in a creative field, we'd appreciate it if you would pass this along.

We have an office free at Landline right now. So, if you know anyone who might be looking, please feel free to pass this along. The office is 130.32 square feet, and the rent is $265 a month, plus a share of utilities. (The dimensions of the office are 164.25" x 114.25".)

There's been a bit of shifting around here at Landline. The result is, the person who just moved into this office a month or so ago, has decided to move to a smaller office on the other side of the building... which means that this office is open once again!

Landline is a collection of private offices for creative professionals in downtown Ypsilanti, just one block off of Michigan avenue, and right above Bellflower. Right now, across our ten offices, we have a film production companies, a podcast studio, two photographers, a graphic design firm, an artists, a writer, a web accessibility person, and an arts non-profit.

Here are photos of the space we have available. It's roughly 121.5" x 215". The total square footage is 178.88. The rent would be $260 a month. (Also shown is our shared conference room, and front lobby.)

We cover internet, and keep the bathrooms clean, but other expenses are shared by tenants based on the relative sizes of their spaces. Over the past year, for instance, this unit has paid an average of $70.39 a month for gas, electricity, sewer and water. So the monthly cost, on average, would be $260 + $70.39, or about $330.

One of our tenants at Landline Creative Labs just got an artist-in-residence gig. We're super happy for her, but it means that we've got an office open. So, if you know of anyone who might be a good fit, please let me know. We'd love to add someone who is doing good, interesting, creative work.
