Hello all. Our sushi chef will be traveling out of town for a wedding. Therefore, we will be closed for the remainder of the week (8/20 - 8/23). We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause you, and look forward to his safe return for the following week. We will re-open for regular business hours the following Tuesday, 8/25.

Good evening/morning to everyone. We will be closed Saturday (May 23) through Monday (May 25) to take a short break for Memorial Day Weekend. I hope everyone had a wonderful Mother’s Day weekend. Just a quick update:

Unfortunately, half the crew is stuck in Dallas for the time being due to a car problem and cannot resolve it until the morning.

We are unable to open for lunch tomorrow, and depending on the severity of the issue, may be closed for the rest of the day. A post will be made to confirm dinner, as well as our Toast site opening to allow orders. We apologize for any inconvenience this may have on lunch and dinner plans for tomorrow.

Apologies for the late notice:

We will be closed this Saturday, May 9th. We will be heading to Texas to be with our family and to support grandpa as this will be the first Mother’s Day since grandma passed. We will resume business the following Tuesday, May 12th. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause. We wish everyone well this weekend and to have a blessed Mother’s Day weekend.

We will be open tomorrow and Saturday. We will also be back to hour regular business hours starting next week. Thank you for your patience, prayers, and love over the past couple of weeks.

The loss of a loved one isn’t so easy to adjust to, especially someone that’s impacted life since childhood. Once again, thank you to those who reached out, commented, or even left a voicemail. We look forward to seeing everyone soon!

Hello everyone.

RawZ Bistro will be closed until further notice. My grandmother passed away yesterday, and we’ve been scrambling to get our affairs in order so we may lay her to rest and say our goodbyes.

We humbly ask for everyone’s understanding and patience as we try to navigate these difficulties. Any information regarding our re-opening time will be posted by this page.

Until then, we would like to wish everyone a Happy Easter weekend.

We would also like to wish everyone celebrating Lao/Cambodian/Thai New Year back home a Happy New Year.

Please stay safe out there.

After a day of reflecting, I have some things I’d like to say:

Cherish your loved ones and enjoy the small moments just as much as the big moments. I have come to appreciate that family is much deeper than just the people related by blood.

I am blessed to say that everyone I’ve met over the years; thank you. From the bottom of my heart. I love you all, and thank you for being there for me.
