Good morning everyone. I apologize for the late post, but we received some grave news concerning a loved one from our family has passed away. Unfortunately, due to this tragedy, we need to close the restaurant for the day so that we may travel out of town to properly bid our dearly departed a proper farewell and celebrate the time allotted to us to make memories that we can cherish together. We please ask that members of our community respectfully allow us to take the time to grieve and say our farewells. We thank everyone for the continued support and thank everyone for your continued patronage of our establishment, especially in this blazing weather. Please know that we are awaiting supplies to be delivered soon that will allow us to fix the building and properly install insulation in the ceiling to help keep that hot air out and circulate the cool air. We appreciate your patience with us and your continued support. We will be back to normal operating hours this following Tuesday, August 8th. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause, and hope that everyone can enjoy the remainder of their weekend.

It would mean a great deal to myself and my family if you could take a small amount of time in your day to offer a prayer to help guide our dearly departed to a peaceful afterlife, and a well-deserved rest.

Hello everyone! Hopefully everyone is staying cool on this hot weather. We would like to introduce our newest addition to our menu, the White Tiger Roll!
This roll is a full sheet roll, wrapped with soy paper. Inside the roll will be tamago (Japanese sweet egg), shredded bonito, cucumbers, snow crab, and crawfish. The top of the roll will be layered with avocado, and seared escolar. The sauce for this special roll is a brand new Korean influenced sauce derived from Ssamjang, which is a traditional Korean soybean sauce commonly served with Korean barbecue, and our chef has adapted it for use with sushi. This roll is then garnished with sesame seeds, scallions, and crispy garlic for a delicious, meaty, rich yet light roll.

Hope everyone is doing well and staying cool! We will be closed from May 27 thru May 29 (Saturday thru Monday) to take some time off. We will resume business the following Tuesday (May 30). Hello everyone! We are pleased to introduce our Ragin’ Cajun Roll.

It contains spicy salmon, asparagus, cucumbers, jalapeños, and fried shallots rolled inside of soy paper & sushi rice. It is topped with fresh avocado, tuna, and escolar. The sauces include our house-made bonito sauce, sweet chili, and Japanese Mayo. It is further topped with scallions, red tobiko, and sesame seeds.

Also, for those that have been asking, we have our traditional Mango & Sticky Rice Dessert restocked and ready for orders.

We would also like to announce that we will be closed from Saturday, April 8th to Monday, April 10th in observance of our Lao 🇱🇦 New Year being celebrated this weekend.

We hope everyone is doing well and staying safe, and once again a big thank you to everyone in the community for supporting us!
