Here is a list of our current offerings. All are $16 for a full pound (16oz). I prefer a medium roast for almost all of my coffee as I think it brings ourt the best flavor, however, I am happy to roast to your preference-light to dark. Just send me a personal message here or call/text 762-294-9166.
Sulawesi Toraja
A shade-grown coffee from the Indonesian island previously known as Celebes. This coffee is the "sleeper" on this site, and one of our personal favorites - an outstanding cup for those who like a clean, full-bodied, aromatic, wild and spicy, highly-complex brew. How's that for a string of adjectives! You will be able to smell the nuttiness of the freshly-brewed coffee from 100 feet away - no joke. Equally good for jump-starting your day or washing away the unpleasantries of those rare "bad days" we all have.
Mexico La Laja Honey Process
This coffee is supremely sweet with a mild orange citric acidity, chocolate and sugar cane flavor profile, and a big creamy body
Mexico Organic Oaxaca FTO
Sweet notes of orange-citrus, slight hints of brown sugar and cocoa.
Bali Organic Blue Moon
A coffee that is smooth and somewhat syrupy in the mouth. It has an anise flavor which adds spice to the dark chocolate and vanilla bean flavors. It is a tad sweet and very complex. My current personal favorite!
Uganda Mt Elgon Grade A
Surprisingly rich flavors with dark chocolate and delicious Brazil nut dominating.
Java Organic Taman Dadar Kayumas
Hints of peat, baking spice, lite chocolate. This coffee is wet-hulled, a uniquely Indonesian processing method in which the coffee parchment is removed before the final drying is completed, producing a hallmark Indonesian flavor.
Indian Mysore Nuggets 'Extra Bold'
So as not to confuse it with an ailment, the "s" is pronounced "z" and the "y" is a long "e": mee-zore. Indian coffee is being discovered as a good source of great coffee, not merely novelty varieties, which their monsooned Malabar was for years. This cup is for real, with the body, brightness, and spiciness that is very middle eastern, reminiscent of Turkish coffee from a drip pot. You will not be left wanting for a full cup of flavor, the spicy overtones on a sweet, nutty base will knock your socks off before they give way to a subtle earthiness that will have you asking for a second cup.
Because it is such a pleasant experience just to drink it, you will have no trouble at all savoring and distinguishing its complexities for yourself. The Mysore is definitely a coffee that reveals something different with seemingly every cup.
