🌶️ Calabrian Chili Salmon — pan-seared salmon, creamy polenta, charred broccolini, pickled red onions & crispy shallots.

🍝 Braised Beef Rigatoni — slow-braised beef, San Marzano tomato & red w**e sauce, spinach, whipped ricotta, Parmesan & fresh basil.

🍐 Baby Arugula Salad — fresh pear, goat cheese, toasted pecans, dried cranberries, Parmesan & honey-lemon vinaigrette.
