Main Squeeze

Sweet cream ice cream with lemon curd swirls and lemon bar pieces

Fall flavors are starting to appear everywhere, but with temperatures being 90F+ we can’t get on board with that yet, and we’ll squeeze a bit more out of the summer.

Popping nuts 🍿
_
Popcorn ice cream with a peanut butter caramel swirl and peanut butter cookies!
_
Popcorn ice cream is one of those that catch you by surprise, sounds weird, but when you give it a chance it does not disappoint.
_
We steep lots of popcorn into our milk and cream to let it soak up the flavors. Then we strain it so there’s no weird pieces or kernels of popcorn, you get all the flavor without any weird texture.
_
Then we make our peanut butter elements: a sweet, salty and nutty caramel, that blends beautifully with the saltiness of the base. And finished with soft and gooey peanut butter cookies.

Strawberry Daiquiri Sorbet

We know the first week of school can be an adjustment. To celebrate that you made it through the first week, we’re bringing a daiquiri sorbet.
_
It’s a strawberry sorbet, with a bit of lime, simple syrup and a touch of rum.
_
Another plus is, that I might make it feel like you’re still on vacation, even if it’s just for the weekend
_
*this flavor will only be sold to costumers over the age of 21.

Pineapple Express 🍍

Butterscotch ice cream with a homemade pineapple jam swirl and ooey gooey butter cake pieces.
_
Our take on one of a very popular and classic dessert: pineapple upside down cake.
_
We start with a rich butterscotch ice cream. It brings those caramelized brown sugar notes to the flavor. And it is the perfect base to highlight the rest of the elements
_
Then we make a pineapple jam from scratch, cooking down pineapple until it’s bright, slightly tart, and concentrated in flavor. And swirl it in our pint.
_
For our cake we added chunks of ooey gooey buttercake. It’s dense and buttery and brings that richness that pineapple upside down cake has.

Brownie S’mores
_
Graham cracker ice cream with a marshmallow fluff swirl and brownie bites.
_
I love s’mores, the combination of the chocolate, marshmallow and graham is amazing, and they’re very nostalgic, usually because it reminds me of times around the fire place around family and/or friends.
_
We started the pint with a graham cracker ice cream by steeping a ton of cookies in with milk, cream and sugar, and blending them all up.
_
Then we made our fan favorite marshmallow fluff. It’s gooey, it’s sweet, and brings all those s’mores vibes to the pint.
_
Then we changed up some by adding soft bites of triple chocolate brownies to each pint. The brownies bring a more fudgy chocolate flavor to this pint, and it works amazingly well!
_
We’ve made a few different versions of s’mores throughout time and this might be my personal favorite, the brownies just elevate the pint and make it perfect
_

Double Trouble

Salted Oreo ice cream with a brownie batter swirl and an Oreo “toffee” crunch.
_
What’s better than one Oreo? Two Oreos. We took that same concept and applied it to ice cream.
_
We start with a salted Oreo base. Lots of Oreos are steeped and mixed into our base, then we add a good dose of salt. It balances the sweetness and brings a slightly salty element to the pint. The base alone is addictive.
_
Then we add one of y’all’s favorite mix-ins: brownie batter swirls. Dense, chocolatey, and gooey. Like eating brownie batter straight out of the mixing bowl.
_
Finally, we make an Oreo “toffee” crunch by caramelizing butter and adding it to crushed Oreos, creating a crunchy mix-in that’s Oreo-forward with notes of toffee and caramel.
_
Double the Oreo, with plenty of chocolate and a little salt to balance it all out.
_

Raspberry lemonade sorbet.
_
A beautiful balance of raspberry and lemon. Each bite starts with a bright, raspberry forward flavor, followed by a tart, citrusy finish from the lemon.

Blue me away
_
Brown sugar vanilla bean ice cream with a blueberry jam swirl and vanilla ooey gooey butter cake pieces.
_
The idea for this pint started with bluberry cobbler vibes, hence the brown sugar vanilla base base. It’s like our regular vanilla with a touch of molasses.
_
The brown sugar pairs beautifully with the blueberry jam swirl which has a deep berry flavor and is sweet, and slightly tangy.
_
Berries and ooey gooey cake work really well; we love using them together. The deep berry flavor pairs with the buttery cake perfectly, with both element standing out on each bite in a sweet, fruity, buttery bite 🤌🏼🤌🏼🤌🏼
