I had such an amazing experience with Island Time Delights! I had them cater for my rehearsal dinner and wedding. I worked closely with Nora to discuss my vision for both events and she made it come to life!

The food was delicious and my guests were very impressed with it! We did smash burgers for rehearsal dinner and they were a hit! I loved how it gave a family cookout feel to our rehearsal. For our wedding, we did Filipino style food. It was nice to have a menu for our guests that is unique and I think they appreciated it too! The lumpia is to die for!!!

The display of the food at both events was beautiful. Nora offered several decor options she had available. This definitely relieved some stress as a busy bride!

What I appreciate the most about working with Island Time Delights is that they were so gracious and kind. I felt like Nora truly cared about every detail of my wedding and wanted it to be perfect just as much as I did. She was very reassuring and calm. Island Time Delights was also wonderful about responding in a timely manner and checking in frequently before the events occurred. Any event can be stressful to plan but I never once stressed in regard to catering due to Island Time Delights incredible service and amazing team! I will definitely be visiting their food truck in the future just to have some more yummy food!!!!
