Thank you SO much to everyone who came out and tried one of Lyshaell’s little fusion kitchen experiments 😂 We got sooo much amazing feedback, and I’m so happy you guys loved them as much as I loved creating them!

🔥 CHICKEN BIRRIA IS HERE! 🔥

Everybody knows and loves beef birria… but chicken birria?! 👀

Well, we made it and it is PHENOMENAL.

Same cheesy, crispy birria goodness, just made with tender shredded chicken and served with a side of chicken birria consommé for dipping.

Hi everyone, Lyshaell here! 💚

After a lot of careful consideration, we’ve decided that Poblano will now be closed on Sundays.

As many of you know, Pablo and I recently got married, and I’m officially back at Poblano full-time! We’re really excited about this next chapter, both for our family and for Poblano.

With kids heading back to school and our team getting a little smaller, we feel that closing on Sundays is the best decision for us right now. It gives our amazing staff a much-needed day to rest and recharge, while also giving Pablo and me a day to slow down, spend time with family, and come back ready for the week ahead.

Most importantly, we want to put our time and energy into making Poblano the best it can be. We hope to see Poblano flourish over these next few months, and we have lots of GOOD changes happening!

You may have already noticed our updated menu and changes to our service, including our new pickup counter, but we’re just getting started. We’re working behind the scenes on better systems, smoother service, more consistency, and of course some fun new specials we can’t wait to share with you in the coming months!

We’re sorry for the short notice, especially for anyone who planned on visiting us today. Thank you for continuing to support our family, our staff, and Poblano as we grow.
