We specialize in French and Polish pastries, cakes and breads all made fresh with the finest ingredients. runs our small family operation is Janina Turziak. She has been baking cakes, pastries and making wedding cakes for over 20 years. She was trained as a pastry chef in Poland and has spent the last 15 years working at a French bakery in Baltimore. She's really into cakes so stop in and talk to her about mousses, ganaches, creampuffs and mousseline buttercream (trust me, it's good!).

Hey everyone! The Janina’s team would like to announce that we will be on vacation from July 26-August 10, and therefore will not be able to take orders to be made during those two weeks.
We will still be open our regular hours until July 26.
