Our crew is ready and excited to kick off our summer 2026 season serving our amazing customers.

Our first customer of the day has been waiting all winter long for her first rainbow Shave Ice of 2026 in celebration of her upcoming birthday.  🎂🎈

IT'S HAPPENING. TOMORROW.
The Hangar Food Truck Park officially throws open the gates Saturday, May 23rd and we are going BIG.
Trucks slinging the good stuff all day:
Gotta Be Frank Gourmet - smash burgers & loaded dogs
Stop Drop N' Roll- hand-rolled egg rolls
Hawaiian Jim’s Shave Ice Food Truck- shave ice to cool you down
AND we're putting people in the SKY. Helicopter rides with Pine Tree Helicopters, $30 per person.
11 AM to 8 PM. Sanford airport (KSFM). Free to get in whether you fly or drive! Bring the whole crew.

Mahalo everyone and Happy Spring! We are excited to begin our 38th year serving Shave Ice to our wonderful customers! Thank you for your continued support, loyalty, and  the many sweet memories shared with us over the years. We look forward to another season of smiles, sunshine, and delicious shave ice!

We will begin our 38th season on Friday, May 22 and will be open for the Memorial Day weekend. We can’t wait to welcome you back and serve up another season of your favorite Hawaiian treat!

ALOHA Everyone! With summer drawing to an end, our Crew members going back to school and college, and Labor Day just around the corner our hours may vary.

This week Mon-Thurs: Noon-close
Friday, Sat, Sun: 10-9
Labor Day: 10-5

Beginning Sept. 2 we will be open weekends.
