I’d just like to take a minute to thank everyone who came out yesterday. Despite the weather, we SOLD OUT, and were able to donate $500 toward Sage & Gavin’s education funds, as well as Su***de Awareness.
I know I didn’t really advertise what the “good cause” was that got me out of retirement, but it’s one that’s very close to my heart. And it means the world to me that you all took time out of your day to support us, and in turn, them.
Whether you knew where the money was going or not, a sincere thank you to all of you. It was great to see so many familiar faces, and truly warmed my heart.

MARK YOUR CALENDARS! Flip's BBQ will be coming out of retirement for ONE DAY ONLY! Sunday, October 29th we will be set up at the Tourist Inn in Hallam as part of a benefit / charity event. More details to come, but we wanted to put the word out now. Hope to see you all there!!!

Thanks to everyone who braved the weather today to make it to our last BBQ. These past 5 years have been incredibly rewarding and I just want to say again how much we appreciate everyone who helped make this possible. From our loyal customers to family and friends who gave us advice and helped us along the way... A sincere thank you to all.
I'll leave you with this little reminder, in all of your BBQ adventures to come: KEEP IT FRESH, KEEP IT LOCAL!!!

Well friends, I'm sad to say that the time has come for us to hang up our BBQ boots... The last 5 years have been an amazing journey and, thanks to all of you, this business has become a greater success than I could have imagined. As many of you know my wife and I were blessed with a little girl this past May, and we've made the decision to focus our free time on her instead of BBQ. We will miss seeing all of our customers and friends, and want to thank each and everyone of you for your continued support. Without all of you none of this would have been possible.
We do have one more event coming up on Saturday, September 12th at KidZoo (800 Lombard Rd in Red Lion) and we would love to see you there. Get there early, it goes quick!
