There really aren’t enough words to thank this community for the way you have loved and supported us since the day of the fire. ❤️🦅
From day one, you showed up.
You checked on our family. You supported our staff when they suddenly found themselves without the place they came to work every day. You donated, shared our posts, attended fundraisers, sent messages, stopped us in public to ask how things were going, and continued reminding us that you haven’t forgotten about us.
Before we say anything else about August 29, we want to say thank you.
Thank you to everyone who donated to our employee fund.
Thank you to the businesses and individuals who donated their time, food, services, raffle and auction items, and spaces.
Thank you to everyone who came to our previous fundraisers, made a donation, shared an event, or simply showed up for our people.
You have helped take care of our employees during one of the hardest chapters Eagles Nest has ever faced, and we will never forget it. ❤️
We also want to give a very special thank you to Local 21 News for continuing to follow our story and helping keep everyone updated on the progress we’ve been sharing here on Facebook. It means so much to know that even while our doors are closed, our story and our people haven’t been forgotten.
Because the truth is…
We miss you guys.
And when we say that, we really mean it.
One of the greatest things about Eagles Nest has always been the relationships that have grown inside those walls, and Abby and Michael are such a perfect example of that. ❤️
Abby and Michael were actually friends of our family long before we ever bought Eagles Nest. But once we took over the restaurant, they quickly became regulars too, and before long, they weren’t just close with our family anymore. They became close with our entire Nest family.
They got to know our staff. Our staff got to know them. They became familiar faces around the restaurant and part of that group of people who helped make Eagles Nest feel like so much more than a business.
Yesterday, I got to celebrate Abby with her bridal party, friends, and family, and it was one of those days that reminded me just how special the relationships surrounding this restaurant really are.
And somehow the day ended with Abby and me swimming in the pond, getting some much needed one on one time to catch up. 😂❤️
Abby, girl, you are truly one of my best friends. I love you with my whole heart and you are like a sister to me. I am so incredibly happy for you and Michael, and I wish the absolute world for you both. I cannot WAIT to watch you two tie the knot! 💍❤️
And THAT is what we mean when we say Eagles Nest is a family.
We miss our staff. We miss our regulars sitting at the bar. We miss the birthdays, anniversaries, family dinners, packed weekends, laughter coming from the dining room, and even those crazy nights when nobody had time to stop moving.
We miss seeing our friends walk through those doors.
We miss watching our friends become friends with our staff.
We miss watching all of those different relationships turn into one big Nest family.
We miss our people.
We miss you.
And we really, really miss our Nest. ❤️🦅
And now we finally get another night together.

📅 Saturday, August 29
⏰ 5:00–9:00 PM
📍 The Victory Club

And The Victory Club isn’t just giving us a place to gather.
Their chef has curated a special menu specifically for our Eagles Nest regulars! 🍽️❤️
And guys… their food is NO JOKE.
If you haven’t eaten there before, you’re in for a treat. They have gone out of their way to put together something special for our crowd, and we are incredibly grateful to them for opening their doors to us and helping make this final fundraiser feel like a true Eagles Nest family night.
Plus, we’ve got plenty happening throughout the evening:
🎶 THREE LIVE BANDS
• The Roy
• Oscar’s Box
• Feeling Good Garage
🎨 Caricatures from 6:00–9:00 PM
🎁 Silent Auction
👀 And a few more surprises throughout the evening!
Admission is a $10 non-member fee at the door and is first come, first served.
And here’s the part that matters most:
❤️ 10% of food proceeds
❤️ 100% of silent auction proceeds
❤️ 100% of caricature proceeds
❤️ 100% of the door fees
will go to our Eagles Nest Employee Fund, which has been helping support our employees while our doors remain closed and we continue rebuilding.
For months, this community has rallied around the people who spent years taking care of you.
The servers who knew your favorite table. The bartenders who remembered your drink. The kitchen crew behind your favorite meals. The people who celebrated your birthdays, anniversaries, date nights, family dinners, and milestones right alongside you.
This is our final fundraiser.
After this, our sights are set on what we’ve all been waiting for:
Getting our staff back to work and getting those doors OPEN. 🦅🔥
So whether you’ve attended every fundraiser, donated from afar, shared our posts, or simply continued cheering us on, thank you.
You have already done more for us than we could ever adequately put into words.
August 29 is our chance to get together one more time before we’re hopefully gathering somewhere much more familiar.
Come hungry. Come ready for some great music. Bid on something in the silent auction. Get a ridiculous caricature of yourself. 😂 Have some fun with us.
But most importantly…
Come let us see you.
We’ve spent months talking to you through a Facebook screen.
We are SO ready to actually hug you, catch up with you, laugh with you, and have our Eagles Nest family under one roof again. ❤️

it’ll be back at the Nest. ❤️🦅🔥
