Silver Oak returns to Nick’s on September 30th!

Join us for one of our favorite evenings of the year as we welcome Matt Katz from Silver Oak back to York for a four-course w**e dinner featuring pairings from Silver Oak and Twomey.

The evening begins with Silver Oak Sauvignon Blanc paired with scallop ceviche, followed by Twomey Pinot Noir with pork osso buco. Then, settle in for Silver Oak Napa Valley Cabernet alongside a coffee-rubbed filet with blackberry cherry demi-glace and au gratin potatoes, before finishing with Silver Oak Alexander Valley Cabernet and a specialty dessert from Enzo Benzo Italian Bakery & Cafe .

Doors open at 5:30 PM with dinner beginning at 6:15 PM. Tickets are $250 per person and include w**e, dinner and gratuity; tax is additional.

This September 30th dinner is open to the public, and seating is limited.

Silver Oak is coming back to Nick’s!

On September 30th, join us for an evening built around four courses, four thoughtfully selected w**e pairings, and the kind of hospitality that turns dinner into something worth remembering.

The evening begins with Silver Oak Sauvignon Blanc and scallop ceviche, followed by Twomey Pinot Noir with pork osso buco, Silver Oak Napa Valley Cabernet with a coffee rubbed filet, and finishes with Silver Oak Alexander Valley Cabernet alongside a specialty dessert from Enzo Benzo.

There’s a little more behind the name Holly’s Cough Syrup.

For years, Holly’s family would gather over Woodford Reserve wh***ey, affectionately calling it their “cough syrup.” A family joke, a shared pour, and the kind of tradition that tends to stay with you.

So when it came time to create this season’s custom Woodford Reserve for Nick’s, the name was an easy choice.

We travel to Woodford Reserve and work alongside their team to create a wh***ey specifically for Nick’s, then let it age until it’s ready to make its way back behind our bar.

The result is a bottle with a little personality, a lot of history, and a story worth telling over a steak.

A hard sear. A generous finish of sea salt. Cooked exactly how you like it and served without unnecessary distraction.
