Meet Stack’d Co-Owner and Chief Operating Officer: GAVIN BINNER
If you’ve stopped into Stack’d, there’s a good chance you’ve seen Gavin behind the counter, checking on the kitchen, talking with customers, or jumping in wherever he’s needed.
Gavin’s journey in the food business started back in 2018 while he was still a junior in high school, when he borrowed $1,000 from his grandparents and opened his first small food business inside the Lebanon Farmers Market.
What started as a high school project quickly turned into something much bigger. Over the years, Gavin has built and operated food concepts at festivals, concerts, sporting events, and venues across the country. But opening Stack’d Creamery & Burger Bar brought things back to what he loves most — creating great food, building a great team, and becoming part of a local community.
For Gavin, Stack’d isn’t just about burgers, wings, fries, and ice cream. It’s about creating a place where families can come together, employees enjoy coming to work, and customers feel like regulars from the moment they walk through the door.
Owning a restaurant comes with plenty of long days, lessons, and challenges, but seeing the dining room full and watching Stack’d continue to grow makes it all worth it.
