I wanted to keep this uni pasta simple and let the ingredients speak for themselves. We didn’t just top it with uni and call it a day—we build it in layers with uni butter, fresh uni, and dehydrated uni to bring out a deeper, richer flavor. A light cream base, just enough garlic, and the uni butter tie everything together. It’s rich, but still light and delicate. It’s one of my personal favorites on the menu.
