Thomas initiated his career in the culinary arts at the tender age of 12 when he took charge of his family's nutritional needs in the midst of his parents' divorce. Since then, his love for creating healthy meals for the pleasure of others and himself grew and influenced his culinary choices. Mixing his roots of Jamaican and Panamanian ancestry, he has created a unique menu variety. After graduati

ng from high school in Brooklyn, he ventured to upstate Herkimer College, SUNY, to major in Business Administration. In this pursuit, he went on to the New York Restaurant School to obtain his culinary arts degree. Winston has worked in the higher education dining services industry, but started his own catering business to share his passion and culinary skills for special events and more. Winston is a loving husband, and father to three wonderful children who give him inspiration to succeed.

Good morning everyone! Happy Mother's day to all the wonderful women out there. I commend you for all that you do in this world. This Mother's day hits a little bit different because this year we don't have my mother in law to join us. I just want to take time to show my appreciation for all the women in my life who are role models of love and affection. Cindy Bautista-Thomas, you are a true gem and the exemplification of a mom. I want to salute my mom, Gloria Thomas who showed me what it means to never lose hope, and lastly my grandmother who was a true icon. She lived her life to the fullest and never missing a beat. *Couldn't let this day end without giving my father his just respect* On this day in 2011 the greatest man in history was taken away from me. I knew had to happen due to all his illnesses, but losing my pops I wasn't ready for, even to this day I get choked up and teary eyed looking at this picture. This picture was taken at my home in the Bronx when me and Cindy had first gotten together. This was Thanksgiving and no better way to spend it was with my whole team. I felt real good seeing that day I know he was happy to taste my food. R.I.P little you are truly missed!!! Love you always.
