It’s a sad day here at The Irish Coffee Shop as we say goodbye to Eilís. 💚☘️

For the past five years, she’s been a valued part of our team, and we’re so grateful for everything she’s done. We’ll miss her dearly but wish her nothing but happiness and success in her next adventure. Best of luck, Eilís—you’ll always be part of the Irish Coffee Shop family! 💐🍀
