NEW BRAUNFELS — Y’ALL SHOWED UP! 🩷😭

The doors are open at Home For The Hollydays and Wildflour is officially up and running!

But THIS right here absolutely made my morning. 🥹

Another baker here in New Braunfels intentionally sought me out today — not just to say hello, but to SUPPORT my little bakery.

Y’all… that means more than she probably realizes. 🩷

Small business doesn’t have to mean competition. There is room at the table for all of us. Different hands, different recipes, different stories — and one small business owner choosing to support another is exactly what community is supposed to look like.

Meanwhile, the scones are stacked, the cinnamon rolls are ready, the bread pudding is here… and y’all are already keeping me BUSY. 😂🩷

NEW BRAUNFELS — I’M COMING FOR YOU! 🩷🍂

It’s opening morning at Home For The Hollydays and, in true baker fashion, I’m STILL putting the finishing touches on everything. 😂

These beauties are packed, the truck is loaded, and I’m headed back to the Civic Center to finish decorating the booth AND the scones before those doors open at 9!

I have hundreds of scratch-made scones, cinnamon rolls, Mamie’s Bread Pudding, Fall Flights, Wildflour Favorites, farm-fresh eggs & more waiting for y’all.

Today’s errands looked a little different… baked goods drop-offs, pickups, and a parking-lot catch-up with some of my fellow small-business baker friends. 🩷

One of the things I never expected when I started Wildflour was the community that would come with it. Different kitchens, different specialties, different businesses—and still cheering each other on, sharing resources, helping one another, and making sure there’s room at the table for everyone.

Small business doesn’t have to mean competition. Community is so much sweeter. 🩷

Now this Scone Lady is headed back to work because Home For The Hollydays starts TOMORROW in New Braunfels! 🍂

I’ve got a whole lot of baking, boxing and loading still ahead of me, and I cannot wait to see y’all this weekend!

The cinnamon roll situation is getting a little out of hand over here. 😂

Rack after rack, exactly 250 cinnamon rolls, is coming out of the Wildflour kitchen as I get ready for Home for the Hollydays THIS WEEKEND!

These beauties are baked from scratch and still waiting for their finishing touch — that thick layer of icing. 🤤

Tray after tray after tray… and we’re nowhere near finished.

Wildflour is officially in BIG EVENT WEEK baking mode, and my little farm kitchen is working overtime. 🤎

After you all helped me sell out in New Braunfels last week, I got the message loud and clear:

GLUTEN-FREE FRIENDS… this one’s for YOU! 🎉🤎

I’m so excited to share that Wildflour has partnered with Gluten Freedom Bakery to bring some delicious options to our gluten-intolerant friends!

As Wildflour has grown, I simply haven’t been able to keep up with both our traditional baking and a separate gluten-free line. But I didn’t want that to mean our gluten-free friends had to miss out. 💕

That’s where Gluten Freedom Bakery comes in! Their goodies are made in a dedicated gluten-free kitchen, with the same commitment to quality and care that I want represented on the Wildflour table.

This weekend we’ll have:

🍋🫐 Lemon Blueberry Loaves — $8
🍫 Brownies — $5
🧁 Chocolate Delight Cupcakes — $5

These items are baked and packaged by Gluten Freedom Bakery, not in the Wildflour kitchen.

And one of my favorite parts? One small cottage bakery supporting another. 🤎

Quantities will be limited, so come early!
