David headed out to feed the cattle this afternoon and found Jolene with a brand-new heifer calf by her side.

We thought she might be bred, but her bag never got very big, so we honestly didn’t think we’d be welcoming a calf anytime soon.

Sometimes the best things come in the smallest packages. ❤️

These peaches were picked today at South Texas Pecans in Yoakum, Texas.

In the next few days they’ll be transformed into Peach Cobbler Scones, Nana’s Cinnamon Rolls, and other seasonal favorites.
