Such a hit, they’re back for another month!
Our crispy-edged pancakes with our strawberry compote swirled in then topped with whipped cream and more compote. Served with melted butter and real maple syrup.

Marry Me Tofu
Organic tofu is seasoned and seared until crisp then sauteed with sundried tomatoes, fresh basil and spinach in a creamy vegan reduction of garlic, herbs, rich veggie stock and housemade sunflower seed “cream”. Served over a brown/wild rice blend. This dish is both vegan and gluten free.

Caprese Grilled Cheese
Ripe summer tomatoes, fresh mozzarella, fresh basil and balsamic reduction on a grilled sourdough bread.
