Our Story

An Argentine traditional wood fired grill serving a “farm-to-street” seasonal menu, sourced primarily from local businesses and family farms in mid-Ohio. Chef and sole proprietor, Mariano was born and raised in the region known as “la pampa” in Argentina. He has been a professional cook in Argentina, Italy, Spain and Portugal as well as honed his skills at renowned Woodberry Kitchen in Baltimore, as one of the original team of cooks.
