As you all are probably aware we've struggled with our kitchen staffing for the entirety of the year we've been open. We're very fortunate that this is a small restaurant and Tatiana and I are both able to be in two places at once to get us through periods where we might be shorter than normal. Here's the catch.

Our staffing shortage has worsened a bit so we're having to make some adjustments. Even though we launched lunches this week we're going to have to put them on hold until we can get staffed up. There's just not a way for us to grow the lunch business while being prepared for busy dinner service unless we have more bodies.

I wouldn't normally be so candid but I'm a big believer in transparency and we think of all of you as our friends and neighbors and if we're going to make big changes like this then you deserve and explanation.

We are going to keep Happy Hour going but lunch is going on hiatus with plans to bring it back ASAP.

I know a lot of the seasonal spots on the coast and at the lake are wrapping up for the season which works out perfectly for us. We're in need of a new addition to our tight knit staff here at Rambler. If you or anyone you know might be interested please have them reach out to us.

It's International Negroni Week and it just so happens to coincide with the release of our Fall cocktail menu which includes our White Negroni.

The White Negroni is made with House Mango Infused Gin, Lillet Blanc and Lo-Fi Sweet Vermouth with a twist of orange. Come try one for yourself.

Your friendly reminder that today we kick off Happy Hour. What's on our Happy Hour you ask?

1/2 priced draft and bottled/canned beers and 1/2 priced w**e. That's right Guinness is $4 from 3:30 to 5:00. Don't want Guinness then how about $2.50 for a High Life or $2 for a Hamm's tall boy? Wines start at $5.

Next week we launch two new exciting things. Lunch every day (Tues-Sat) and Happy Hour from 3:30 to 5 Tue-Fri.

Happy Hour includes 1/2 priced draft beers and 1/2 priced w**es as well specially priced bottles and cans.

Lunch is 11:30 to 3 daily. I’m hoping to have the online ordering portal working for lunch take out as well.

Just a reminder that Rambler will be closed Friday and Saturday night this week but we will be open for lunch 11-3.

We will return to our regular hours next week PLUS lunch all 5 days as well. Happy Hour will also be our new addition with 1/2 priced draft beers & w**es as well as some specials on bottled and canned beers.
