The Massachusetts Land Court trial in Charles Clark v. Jeffrey Johnson and Amanda Seminara is scheduled for Tuesday, July 28.
Witnesses will be able to testify by Zoom from home. You may participate from your living room or another quiet room by yourself. Testimony will be taken throughout the day, and your participation will likely take only 10–15 minutes.
This case has been pending for nearly 20 years, and your testimony is important. Judge Robert B. Foster will hear the witnesses as part of the trial.
