Open for dinner tonight from 4-8pm for another Cafe at Night event with our special Mexican food menu (including the huge, smothered burrito you see pictured here!). We also have Margaritas, beers and seltzers.

Optional casual trivia too, from 5:30-7pm, with prizes available for winning teams/individuals!

From 4:00–8:00 PM we'll be serving our special Mexican menu featuring:

Feeling competitive? Grab a few friends and stick around for our casual Trivia Tournament from 5:30–7:00 PM. Participation is completely optional, but if you're up for some friendly competition, we'll have prizes for the winners!

What a day!

Today we had the honor of celebrating the official ribbon cutting for The Flat Tops Cafe, and we're feeling incredibly grateful.

Thank you to Mayor Stacy, the Town of Yampa, our friends, neighbors, family, and everyone who stopped by to celebrate with us. The support we've received from this community has meant more than we can put into words.

We're excited to continue serving South Routt and to keep building a place where people can gather, connect, and enjoy good food, good coffee, and good company.

Thank you for being part of this journey. We're honored to be here and can't wait to see what comes next.

Local's Monday if here! We wanted to create something special just for our local community. Every Monday in June, we're celebrating our neighbors with:

10% OFF all food for Routt County residents
50% OFF all pastries after 1:00 PM

Opening a café in Yampa has been a dream, and we're incredibly grateful for the support this community has shown us. Locals Mondays are our way of saying thank you and inviting you to make the café your place to gather, connect, and enjoy great food.

Good morning! ☀️

Starting today, our regular cafe hours will be:

Thursday – Monday | 7:00am – 3:00pm

These are the hours you can count on moving forward… pending any more pesky building issues deciding to keep things interesting. 😅

We’ll also be hosting Cafe at Night events on select Wednesday evenings from 4-8pm throughout June and July featuring live music, special dinner menus, drinks, and more. Stay tuned each week for event announcements!
