Without Jeff's passion, dedication, and love for great food, we wouldn't be enjoying authentic Midwest sausages right here in Central Florida. From early mornings to long days behind the grill, he works tirelessly to bring a little taste of the Midwest to our community.

If you've ever stopped by for a bratwurst, Italian sausage, Polish sausage, hot dog, or just a friendly conversation, you've experienced the hard work and heart he puts into everything he does.

Thank you so much to Holiday RV Park in Leesburg for hosting us today! We love bringing your residents a little taste of the Midwest. It is a beautiful day to enjoy delicious sausages and cheese.
We’re incredibly grateful for all of our customers who book us for events and come visit us at the Yalaha Post Office! If you still haven’t had a chance to check us out, we’re open Tuesday through Friday from 11:00 AM to 3:00 PM.
