Non-negotiable requirements for this position:
• You must be 18+ and no longer enrolled in high school
• You must have reliable transportation and a personal vehicle (this role includes running errands)
• You must have prior experience managing a team (not just working on one)
• You must be confident using Excel and capable of processing reports accurately
• You must be able to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment and remain calm and composed
• You must be highly organized and efficient at multitasking
• You must be skilled in social media marketing. Content will be provided, but you need to understand how to execute, post, and engage effectively. This role requires real working knowledge, not reliance on AI tools.
This is a leadership role that requires real, proven experience. The right candidate will know they meet these qualifications and be able to clearly demonstrate them, not just feel that they do or hope to grow into them.
