Chef Derrin has a special treat on the fresh sheet! The freshest mahi-mahi is crusted with macadamia nuts and served over crispy rice and Thai yellow curry with mango salsa and fried enoki mushrooms. Be sure to start with the summer corn bisque!

Chef Derrin may not show it, but he IS excited for the rare chance to feature wild-caught, West Coast yellow-eye rockfish. A pan-roasted, crispy-skin filet is served with yuzu-miso beurre blanc with crispy rice, Thai yellow curry, baby bock choy and local micro greens. We hope to have it on the fresh sheet through the weekend, but it may not last that long!

You can tell it’s summer! The team has lots of fresh, light and bright flavors on the fresh sheet. Coconut & Crab begins with fresh Dungeness crab in coconut milk, lime, lemongrass and chiles. It’s served over coconut-lime rice with fresh Thai mango salad. What a perfect summertime appetizer for our crab lovers!

There’s just something about the season’s first squash blossoms that says summer’s on the way! Chef Derrin stuffs them with cheese and Dungeness crab before finishing in a light, crisp tempura.
