We have a perfect combination for crisp, cool fall evenings. Come warm up with fresh seafood in a luscious lobster stock-Thai yellow curry. This one is quickly becoming a favorite.!

Another new fall favorite for our seafood lovers. Dungeness crab and wild mushrooms come together with shallots, sweet corn, truffle oil and parmesan, all tossed with corn velouté and pappardelle.

We’re making the most of fresh, Alaskan halibut season while it lasts! Perfect for these early fall days, we’re serving it with Chef Derrin’s signature parmesan-panko crust over garlic-whipped potatoes with brandy and white w**e lobster cream and Dungeness crab gremolata.

Chef Derrin has a special treat on the fresh sheet! The freshest mahi-mahi is crusted with macadamia nuts and served over crispy rice and Thai yellow curry with mango salsa and fried enoki mushrooms. Be sure to start with the summer corn bisque!

Chef Derrin may not show it, but he IS excited for the rare chance to feature wild-caught, West Coast yellow-eye rockfish. A pan-roasted, crispy-skin filet is served with yuzu-miso beurre blanc with crispy rice, Thai yellow curry, baby bock choy and local micro greens. We hope to have it on the fresh sheet through the weekend, but it may not last that long!

For everyone asking for more surf-and-turf fried rice, here we go! The latest version is made with Dungeness crab and house-made char siu pork smoked over applewood. Come on down to try some and say hi to Chef Derrin and the ever-smiling Jeni!

We’re always proud of our team! Come check out a new creation from Michael — fresh lobster rotolini. Delicate poached lobster is stuffed into fresh, rolled pasta, served with mushroom-lobster velouté and fried leeks. Lots more on the fresh sheet!
